Ecowave Staffing is an offshore recruitment service connecting global businesses with remote logistics professionals. The owner approached me to develop a cohesive brand identity and a website that could simplify a complex service offering; spanning staffing, employment, and procurement, into a memorable narrative.

The brand marks a balance between industrial and human partnership. The bracketed “E” functions as a versatile icon, referencing the geometric silhouettes of port containers, ships, and girders. For the typography, I selected Gibson. Its sturdy architecture mirrors the reliability of the logistics sector, while its subtle, soft curves ensure the brand remains approachable for the individual candidates being recruited.

To ground the digital experience, I paired headline imagery with abstract motifs derived from mapping, logistics charts, and geographical data. This flexible visual language was built to be modular, allowing for future motion design and animation as the brand scales.

By refining the brand voice and site copy, we streamlined the user journey for both employers and recruits. We anchored the identity with a clear, dual-purpose tagline that provides immediate clarity in a crowded marketplace:“A recruitment partner for the logistics world.”
